IPT Projects
International Power Technology (IPT) is an experienced developer of cogeneration power plants. Through its partnerships, IPT is able to offer a suite of comprehensive project development distributed energy services. These services can be customized to fit the particular needs of the client and they enable steam and electricity users (“hosts”) to obtain all the benefits of cogeneration, in some cases without making capital outlays.
Between 1985 and 1990 IPT has successfully developed six cogeneration facilities in California and has achieved over 1.5 million hours of operations experience since then. Additionally, IPT has been involved in the development, startup, an ongoing operations and maintenance support of over thirty (30) cogeneration and CHP projects worldwide. IPT’s Licensees have successfully developed over 130 Cheng Cycle projects worldwide.
